My background is not "agency talk first, execution second." I care about whether the work ships, whether it survives contact with real systems, and whether it improves the way a team actually operates.
In SEO, that means technical clarity, content systems, and business relevance. In AI, it means workflow fit, validation, and production readiness. In both cases, the real job is translating strategy into something that works under real conditions.
I live in Ottawa, work with teams locally and remotely, and bring a mix of enterprise SEO experience plus hands-on AI systems work that most traditional consultants simply do not have.
THE RULES I WORK BY
Start With the Business Problem
The model or channel only matters after the business problem is clear. I work backward from the real operating constraint.
Ship the Boring Parts Too
Validation, monitoring, process docs, QA, redirects, schema, handoffs. The unglamorous parts are usually where the value actually lives.
Prefer Leverage Over Theater
If a recommendation looks impressive but will never get implemented, it is not useful. I optimize for what teams can actually adopt.
